Features of UARM SAM Stomach Armor Module

  • Part of FAS Full Armor System
  • Full stomach and intestines protection
  • Spectral vector protection for the pancreas, kidneys, and gallbladder
  • 63 array of gear attachment PALS loops
  • Compatible with any vest
  • Universal size model, adjustable via Velcro panels
  • Soft armor protection provided by UHMWPE panels of NIJ 0101.06: IIa, II, and IIIa
  • Compatible with hard armor plates for protection against rifles
  • Increases the area of protection by 12% compared to standard front+back plates
  • Ergonomically designed and lightweight to evenly distribute weight over the body of the operator
  • NIR (Near-Infrared) materials reduce detection from thermal and infrared cameras
  • Durable outer and inner layers that provide ventilation and moisture reduction
  • Simple access to soft armor panels via in-built zippers
  • Independently tested in an NIJ-accredited laboratory for NIJ Standard 0101.06, as well as NATO Stanag 2920 (V50 fragmentation) and certified laboratories according to DSTU 8835:2019 against Soviet/Russian ammunition
