No charging base - Streamlight Dualie Rechargeable Flashlight 12V DC Direct Wire, Box

I ordered this flashlight and it doesn’t even come with the charging base. I have to order the charging base separately and it cost almost as much as the flashlight. I think the site should be more specific to inform the customer the changing base is not included or sold separately.
