Features of Pulsar Telos XP50 2.5-10x50mm Thermal Monocular
Highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor with NETD <18mK ensures stunning thermal image quality and perfect detail recognition even in the hardest weather conditions, when thermal contrast is low. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible during the rainfall, fog or cold mornings, in the most difficult conditions for thermal imager.
You can ideally adjust the image in Telos with one hand - the focusing and smooth zoom rings are located on the lens in the classic layout, one by one, as in professional camera objective lenses. The consistent arrangement of the rings enables getting a clear image with the required magnification quickly and with minimal effort.
Understanding the target distance is an essential factor in making the right decisions. A built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometre allows you to measure distances in single measurements and continuous scanning modes with an accuracy of 1 metre for quick and error-free assessment of the situation.
Telos thermal imaging devices have been designed for use in the tough outdoors using and in the temperature range of -25 to +40 C. The device is waterproof when fully immersed in water. The composite polymeric rubber-coated case possesses high operational qualities. The absence of protruding parts in the design, as well as the anatomically optimal housing shape of the Telos thermal imaging devices contribute to safety and comfort during prolonged use time.
The brand-new LPS 7i quick-change Li-ion battery guarantees more than 8 hours of operating time. LPS 7i doesn't require special chargers - just connect it to any network adapter via the USB Type-C port and charge it using the Power Delivery fast charging protocol in a short time. Moreover, the LPS 7i battery supports wireless charging.
The rubber-coated housing helps to securely hold the thermal imaging device in the hand in both dry weather and rain. The housing has exceptional wear resistance and perfectly withstands operation in a wide range of temperatures, including dusty and moist conditions, and it protects the device from falls. In addition, the housing is easily cleaned and keeps its original appearance for a long time.
A hunter must be fast-moving. A sign of good quality equipment is being at hand when needed, and invisible the rest of the time. Stylish on the outside, the Telos case is user-friendly and comfortable to carry. The thermal imaging device is quickly and easily removed from the case and placed in position. The system of optimal belt positioning distributes the device weight on the hunter's body, relieving the load from the shoulders, back and neck. The cover fits snugly to the body, without preventing the hunter from freely bending, turning, crouching, moving across country and using weapons. Additionally, the Telos case is equipped with straps for attaching it to a waist belt, as well as to equipment with a modular Molle fixation system, including backpacks and webbed gears.
Telos thermal monoculars are characterized by advanced functionality, but determining the priority of a particular function is the privilege of the user, who sets the order of items in the device menu.
Use the brightness and contrast adjustments to maximise the detail and informative value of the image in specific observation conditions. The User Mode function saves selected brightness and contrast settings in the device's memory providing optimal image quality for the next use of the thermal imager immediately, with no additional adjustments needed.
